Can I exchange my order? 

Yes, unused items may be exchanged. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for covering additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged.

If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, the difference will be charged to your credit card. If exchanging for a less expensive item, the difference will be refunded to your credit card. 

Before shipping the replacement item, the original item must arrive back at the warehouse. Please email development@pptnm.org to initiate an exchange. 

 

Can I return my order? 
Yes, any unused products can be returned. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for covering additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged. Refunds for the cost of the product will be made after the product has arrived back at the warehouse. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. To initiate a return, please email development@pptnm.org.

 

What if my product is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please email development@pptnm.org if you have received a damaged product.

 

How long does shipping take? 

All items are shipped from Knoxville, TN. In stock items ship out of warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping is typically 3-5 business days and Expedited Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Occasionally delays may occur due to weather or peak demand, or while items are temporarily out of stock.

SHIPPING UPDATE: Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, FedEx, UPS, and USPS are currently experiencing extremely high volume of shipments, so shipping is expected to be delayed. If you need to receive your order by December 25, we recommend placing your order no later than December 18th.
